4. AI Features

When using Alphavex AI features:
  • Prompts and relevant contextual information may be processed by Apple Intelligence when available on supported devices.
  • Prompts may also be processed using OpenAI-powered services integrated into Alphavex.
Blood report parsing may require sending extracted PDF text to AI services for marker extraction. Please avoid submitting information you are not comfortable sharing for AI processing. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate and should not replace professional medical advice or healthcare decisions.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:
  • Service providers supporting hosting, authentication, and backend infrastructure (such as Supabase)
  • AI providers supporting chat, summaries, and document parsing
  • Analytics providers such as Microsoft Clarity
  • Authentication providers that deliver verification codes
  • Apple services supporting HealthKit, Apple Watch, widgets, notifications, and app distribution
  • Social platforms when you intentionally share content
  • Organizations involved in mergers, acquisitions, financing, bankruptcy, or asset transfers
  • Government authorities when legally required
We do not sell your personal information. HealthKit information is never used for advertising, marketing profiles, or data broker activities.

6. HealthKit & Sensitive Information

Health information is sensitive. HealthKit data is used solely to provide fitness and wellness functionality within Alphavex. If you upload blood reports, health markers, or sensitive AI prompts, that information may be:
  • Stored locally on your device
  • Synced securely with our backend when required
  • Processed by trusted AI providers on our behalf to deliver requested features

Please note that revoking permissions may disable certain app features.

9. International Data Transfers

Because Alphavex relies on global cloud infrastructure and trusted third-party providers, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these transfers may occur in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children unless appropriate parental or guardian involvement is provided where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information unlawfully, please contact us using the support information provided in the app or on alphavex.app.
